⭐ Monday, 7/22/24
Honkai Star Rail:
It’s officially gem-saving time. Sorry Argenti, but I’ll have to pull for you another time. I have until around mid to the end of August to save up, which should be around when Jiaoqiu’s banner goes live. I’m still not sure when Moze will be pullable, but needless to say, I am in danger. I want these boys to come home so badly. (laughs) Since I refuse to spend money on this game, I embarrassingly pulled out my calculator to see how many gems I could get from doing my dailies and weeklies.
Twisted Wonderland:
Guess who forgot that Leona’s birthday is this month. Me. The answer is me. In my haste to pull another SSR Savanna Leona card, I forgot that I was supposed to be saving for his birthday cards. Oops. While I try not to spend money on this game…I am not above spending money on this game. (laughs) I think right now, it’s only TWST and Touken Ranbu that I’m willing to spend my money on, and I plan to keep it that way if I can help it.
There are three birthday Leona cards that I can pull, but I’m going to try for this one! He’s just so pretty~
⭐ Tuesday, 7/23/24
I went to see a Broadway show with my mom tonight, so I didn’t do too much. Just the usual HSR dailies and TouRabu event runs.
⭐ Wednesday, 7/24/24
Touken Ranbu:
~ Azuki came home from kiwame training! He now has this long tailcoat that I’m lowkey a super fan of. (laughs) Now that he’s back, I’m going to take a break from sending sword boys for kiwame training.
~ The event is going really well! I only have one more reward to get and I’ll officially be done with event runs. The event ends at the end of the month, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get that last reward. Still gonna try though!
~ I didn’t mention this before, but I’m currently doing specific sortie runs so I can get Kashagiri. He’s like a mini Ookurikara and apparently, he looks up to him! So cute! The map I need to run is kinda kicking my ass, however, so it’ll be a long while until he comes home. Three mission objectives will reward Kashagiri to me, and I’m so grateful that the game keeps track of your progress so I’m not playing a guessing game. I am lowkey salty that the objective goal is so damn high. (laughs) I just want Kashagiri to come home! Look at how cute he is! ;~;
⭐ Thursday, 7/25/24
Before I go any further, I think it’ll be easier for me to group the same things together, so for example, everything Touken Ranbu will be listed as such. But I will still make it very clear what I’m talking about (the game, the anime, etc).
Touken Ranbu:
~ I think I’m making good headway on the final event reward! I thiiiink I should be able to hit it, but it’s hard to tell. Regardless if I do or not, I would say this event went really well overall. I got a lot of new swords during this event! 😊
~ Still have not watched the third and final episode of Hanamaru season 3. I promise I will eventually get to it! (laughs)
~ I downloaded the Touken Ranbu Warriors game for the Nintendo Switch on a whim because the hyperfixation is real. While I have played hack-and-slash games before, this will be my first Warriors game. Admittedly, it’s not my favorite genre, but the small portion of the story I was able to see from the demo was kinda interesting? I’m still a little on the fence about buying the full game, but I might end up doing it anyway. Not right now, though. But eventually, yes. And you might be thinking, “Wow, only three screenshots?” Just…let it be known that I definitely could’ve taken more. I spared you guys the secondhand embarrassment. (laughs)

Arkham Horror:
We started The Scarlet Keys today~ Since I never mentioned who we were all playing during our last campaign, now that we’re starting a new one, I’ll list the characters here! Super excited to see where this campaign takes us!
⭐ Saturday, 7/27/24
Touken Ranbu:
~ Ookanehira came home as an event drop! I knew he was available as a drop, but he’s suuuper rare. I’ve gotten the other event drops many times, but Ookanehira was never among them. With the event ending in a couple days, I guess it’s better late than never! (laughs)
~ I think I can get all the event rewards at the pace I’m going. It’ll be cutting it close, but I think I can make it. I’m really close to hitting the 300k shell milestone! But like I said before, even if I don’t hit that last milestone, I’d still consider this event a huge success.
⭐ Sunday, 7/28/24
Touken Ranbu:
I’m approaching the final push of event running! Since the game runs on JST, there are a few in-game things that will be ending as well (along with the event), so the maintenance will occur on Monday at 9pm for me (which is when the daily reset happens).

I lowkey kept forgetting to write out my days this week, but since I was running multiple events at the same time (TWST and TKRB), I was in the mindset of making sure I completed them. Now that the events are over, I should have a little more time to play/do more things.
On a side note, I’m also trying to make room for another hobby, and for me to do that, I’ve put streaming on the back burner (at least until October when it’s cooler) to plan for it. It doesn’t have anything to do with streaming, but it is a little time-consuming. But it’s something that I can take my time with, so that can be a problem for future me. (laughs)
